HunniB wins the Scrappy Bee Giveaway!!!

Bonnie Bus was having a scrap fabric giveaway over at "The Scrappy Bee" (http://thescrappybee123.blogspot.com/). I am building a stash from scratch because I lost mine in a fire a couple of years ago so I entered the contest and forgot about it...until I received an email from Bonnie.

Believe it or not, I WON, along with 13 other recipients in the U.S. including Canada, Britain, Holland & Austrailia! What a nice thing to do...it's like Santa made an early stop at my house this year. I am still beside myself because I've never won anything! The generosity of Bonnie is just unbelievable. I promised her I would make good use of her beautiful fabric.

Thank you sewnsewer2 and Jim's Gem!! I'm getting ready to start on some wallhangings in Kim Diehl's books and these fabrics will be awesome for some of the applique on those! I've been buying a few pieces of Civil War fabric every month and I'm about ready to start diving in!! Still can't believe I won!!

I have a couple of Kim Diehl's books. I love her designs. Can't wait to see what you make with your new stash.
