Hello Ladies and Gentlemen.. I have been absent, but still thinking of my fellow quilters. Been doing stuff, friends and family and drs. appt and such. But I wanted you all to know that I miss ya and I will check in as much as possible.. I am now quilting my "Toil and Trouble" quilt and here is a terrible picture, but I wish to post it anyways!

Chicken hair!! LOLOl!! Gonna torture a cat Mon evening! Could I interest you guys in fresh salsa from my garden and some overly mustardy potato salad? I will make a mild batch of salsa for you, doggone those jalapenos are hot this year, "whee doggies", as my Bug Tussel friend Jed would say.

Here's a silly question for you, perhaps.
In your picture, which is so cute by the way, are you quilting with machine or by hand? I've read where some use the hoops to machine quilt and didn't know how that could be done.....thanks
    Sandy

Pam I would love overly mustard potato salad and "NOT BURN YOUR POOTER" salsa! lol I am going to warn Ms. Kitty Fu that you are coming over!

Sandy, I am hand quilting.. I have a stand quilt that you see in the picture it is a Grace quilting stand and I also have a Grace quilting frame that I haven't used yet, I am a bit intimidated by it. Pam is helping to make the leader clothes for me and when she finishes we will put the "Amour" quilt on it! Oh.. here is a less scary picture..

and I am kind of excited to make the alphabet too.. well the words I am going to put on it anyway!
