Default Labyrinth quilt for my mom, queen size

I finished my first queen size Labyrinth quilt! woohoo. It was easier then I anticipated. It looked to intimidating with the instructions. I just had to be sure I took my time with it. Phew. My mom knows which pattern I am using but she has not seen the fabric yet. This one is definitely going to be hard to give away. I am loving it! The second picture is of it on one of our beds just to see what it would look like lol...I hope my mom likes it. She has been wanting a quilt for her bed. But she wants it to touch the floor on all sides. But this one is not doing it unfortunately. My 6 year old son has already said he wants one for his bed lol. As easy as this was, I might just make him one.

Ok, I need ideas on how to quilt this. Could anyone help me with any ideas? What about backing, should I do a blue like the front or go with the cream that is on the front????

Thanks for your help.

Wendy

That is stunning. I have the pattern, but haven't tried it yet.
