    Default Christmas Cardinals Table Toppers

To try to pull myself out of my slump (only daughter left for college today), I finshed these two UFOs that I started last year but never got around to... It always feels good to finish something but I still miss her!

Very pretty table toppers. Your daughter will be back before you know it but i understand your loneliness. Did the same with my son several years ago. Thank you for sharing.

Empty nest is a tough feeling to make it through. Your table toppers are beautiful and can bring you joy.

Thanks, but it's her last year of college and she's decided to stay in California after graduation, not move back to the Seattle area. She's never cared much for the rain here; thrives on the sunshine so I know it's probably better for her. I'm just sad for me Last night when she packed her car, she took all her belongings for starting off on her own...

The toppers are terrific, but I can identify with your feelings. It's sure hard to let them go. I started to feel that my purpose in life was gone. Just be proud that you raised her to be independent and strong. She will appreciate you more the longer she is away.

I feel your pain. Mine went to college in state but then to law school in Portland & now lives in San Diego... she hated the long, cold WI winters. I still miss her. I just tell myself she's happy & that's what I want for her. But it does get better. Trust me.

Your toppers are just beautiful! I love cardinals for the hoiidays!

They look awesome,by the way in a little while you enjoy being by yourself.

Nice table toppers. It is hard when they grow up and move away. Your happy they are confident enough to go out on their own and sad because you will miss them. Hang in there.
