2 More UFO's Done
...and this makes 7 UFO's completed.
I bought the Halloween panel several years ago. I only quilted the yellow moon with a random squiggly design, I just stitched around the outline after that. I was feeling a little mischievous so I blacked out one of the moon's teeth.
I purchased the tree panel last year. We spend our winters in AZ and don't put up an Xmas tree so I bought this to hang on the wall. I did a decorative stitch using a red/green/white variegated thread around the snowflakes on the tree tops to bring them out more. I stitched the tree lines in gold metallic thread and quilted the green "grass" following the wave of the green, then did straight lines on the background behind the trees. LOTS of sewing but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
