I really like to make purple quilts. Every once in awhile I stray from my preferred quilt color, but I always come back to it. Here is my latest purple quilt. I haven't quilted it yet, but that is next. (My husband and I just painted three rooms and laid laminate flooring...exhausting work, but the results are worth it. It means I haven't been able to quilt for three weeks!!! I am really ready to get to my sewing machine!)

The pattern is Squares within Squares 2.

Purple is one of my favorite colors as well. All shades of it! It just makes me happy. Your quilt is very pretty, looks like kitty thinks so too!

I agree totally with what DebraK stated. Also appear that your quilt police is enjoying posing for the photo, especially since it IS purple. Nicely done Dina as always.
