I saw a similar book panel the other day....the thought did cross my mind...but it was a children's counting/alphabet book. I don't have any small people in my world, so I skipped it. Yours is fantastic though and if your Aunt is into mice, she will love it to bits.

I saw the same fabric at WalMart the other day, and I thought about making a quilt out of it, too. The only reason I passed on it is that I have so many other projects to finish. I think it will be great!

Someone on this board made a quilt out of a book panel and it turned out really cute. It was posted not to long ago.

I really like the idea of turning these 'books' into quilts. Will certainly get more use that way...and this particular one is super cute! :thumbup:
