Wonderful!!!!!!!!! Thank you for sharing! You have done a great job of organizing your sewing room. We are building a new home, so I may "borrow" some of your ideas for my sewing room if that's okay!

Happy Sewing!

Thanks again everyone.

Sara, "borrow" all the ideas you'd like! Actually there are more ideas on my Flickr page. I made some drawer organizers and also show how I made the fabric drawer inserts.

Check it out, and if you have anything you want to know more about, drop me a line! :)

Oh, I did check out your flicker page! The drawer fronts are such a great idea!!!!!!!!!! At first, I thought you sure had alot of fabric in your stash, but then realized how you'd done it. Very clever!

Again, thanks for sharing! It may be spring before I get to that stage, but I've got it bookmarked!

I can't get over it...it is like out of a magazine....with a room like this you could have 10 projects going on at the same time, and it would still look neat. I'm not neat by nature. This is a dream come true to us quilters here!
congratulations...every quilter deserve a room like this!!

I definitely AM lucky! He's the best, we make a good team! It's his birthday today and I am spoiling him!

Loretta & Celeste... the fox photos were taken while we were on vacation, about 100 miles from here. I didn't know how to make a separate folder in Flickr, so they are included right with my sewing room photos. I do love them though. They were incredibly fearless and soooo cute. They are smaller than I thought they'd be, not much larger than a house cat. No foxes actually in my neighborhood, plenty of coyotes, eagles, a nesting pair of spotted owls, and a lynx was seen in the yard (but only once).

Catherine,
Believe me...it does not always look that 'neat'. However, because of the 12 drawers in the cutting table, which are pretty large, and the two closets with organized space, it is very easy to keep the work surfaces cleared off, which keeps me happy -- there's always room to do something! :)
