Here are some pictures of the infant car seat cover that I made. I hope that the couple that I gifted it to tonight will get to use it. I just loved it. ;) They can use it to keep the rain away or when at the grocery store they can keep unwanted hands from touching their lil baby. :)

Cute what a lucky baby & parents to receive this nice gift..did you make up the pattern? I love the fabric you used..

It was Wal-Mart fabric and I used a tute. =)

Very nice!! I plan on making one for my daughter too. Except I think I will need to see the car seat to get the correct place for the loops that hold it on!

There are also tutes out there for the elastic ones that fit snugly onto the carseat too. I thought this one was fairly easy to make and different. Wont' be too hot during spring weather....but keep off the rain and should keep out some of the light at the store so the baby can sleep. :)

That is way too cool. Being pregnant myself, I am going to make me a couple of them! It beats the heck out of trying to strategicly place receiving blankets over the carseat, LOL! Thanks for showing this. Now off to find the tute
