Default Inspired again, so quilt is finished, now for the wedding

Was inspired and helped by Delta here on the board, and made a version of the Two Hearts Connected quilt for my upcoming grand daughters wedding. This was my first experience of paper piecing and I learned a great deal, needles to say...Also found out that I'm not a fan of stitching black on black.
After working on this I treated myself to a new bag...thought I'd share . Thanks for looking

Your quilt is beautiful and perfect for the occasion. I do have to mention though, that I love the typo - with needless coming out as needles. I cannot type the word quick without it coming out a quilt. (Even though I was just really concentrating - I put an L in there instead of a C!) Single minded quilters - our fingers do take over!

You did a great job. Black thread on black fabric is really hard to see ......

Beautiful quilt, they will love it. Pretty purse for you. I have chairs like yours.

That quilt is gorgeous and I am sure it will be loved by the recipients. Especially since you made it for them! Your bag is cute too.

Your quilt looks great! I love that version of the old Storm at Sea pattern. It is always fun to do a small project after a big one and your bag is pretty.
