Default Interwoven Diamonds Scrappy Christmas Quilt Top

I'm working on this scrappy interwoven diamonds Christmas quilt top. Need ideals for borders as it's only 36 by 48 right now and ran out of the wow snowflake fabric I used in the background, I tried to use a different print for all the diamonds. I was thinking a solid border than maybe a scrappy piano type border? I used a lot of my favorite fabrics.

Look at those points! Perfect!
What a great quilt.
I think a solid for the borders or something that reads as a solid is a good idea. Also, that will give you a space to do some FMQ if you enjoy that.

It's like a christmas I spy! How fun buddy's mom. I personally think a solid white border would be perfect.

Super cute! I might have to 'borrow' your idea some day. Thanks for the inspiration.

Cute quilt. Great pattern to use with large scale prints.
