    The blocks were embroidered by the woman's grandmother. The top maker put them together in the irish chain. Some of the blocks were a little off center, so we just went with how grandma did it. She also didn't have quite enough blocks, so she made some to go with it. A family treasure.

    Great way to use those blocks that you find!

    Now if I could just find out what they did with my grandmother's stash....

    That quilt is really a treasure and a beautiful one at that and the quilting is fantastic!
