Love the quilt....wish I could win it.
Yea, someone else's house looks like mine---now I don't feel so bad..LOL.
Quilting is way more fun than picking up--that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

It's a really easy pattern, but I don't think I can give the specifics for the windmills it is Eleanor Burns's strip pieced pinwheels, someone let me know if I can give out the pattern. The irish chain block is a 9-patch (8" finished- I strip piece it. 41/2 inch middle piece and 21/4 in strip on each side(this is middle set) cut I 41/2 in strip for each 9p you think you need. Then make another strip set wit a white 41/2 in strip with a 21/4 in blue strip on each side, cut these into a 21/4 in strip, you need two cut for each 9p you need. Sew all these together in your nine patches. Then you alternate 9p's with pinwheels and sash. do sashing in a strip set also, 8 inch white with a 21/4 in blue on each side, and sub-cut into 21/4 inch strips. So the quilt is very easy to do and very fast.

Let me Know about the Eleanor Burns issue, I can do a tutorial if you like.
