This is the first baby quilt I've done! Was nice to do some small fun projects in between big quilts. This is for my husbands cousin who is due around Christmas time. They are not sure if they're having a boy or girl so I came up with these colors. Thanks for looking and happy quilting :)
My quilt inspectors approve also.
And I have to give credit for my wonderful mother who put the binding on..because it was much harder than I thought! Thanks momma :)

Very cute, and I like a satin binding. I think babies and kids love the feel of the satin.

Very nice and well done to your mother too. That blanket binding is such slippery stuff to work with.

It's beautiful...the owls and the colours are perfect. The satin binding looks great too.

I added satin binding to a baby blanket I made many years ago. I need to remember to do that more often!

Love your owls.Have never tried a satin binding ,do they make narrower ones because I notice that width cut your blocks off on the sides .
