Oh, gosh!

I've got to wipe the drool off of my keyboard,
my mouth just dropped when the picture came up!

I am in awe of anyone who could complete a
quilt with that many pieces. Not to mention, it is
just beautiful!!!!!!

Thank you everyone! It was a fun quilt to make, I think I'll give it to my youngest son. I think he'll like it because of the many colors.

WOW WOW WOW :D :D :D Perfect border choice!!!!

If it is going to your son, diamond hatching on the borders would look nice.... scattered treasure chests, maybe get an idea from a coloring book or clip art??? Yep, I said treasure chests....cuzz I'm not the one doing the quilting

You are right..it needs to be framed in black. Doesn't even have to be a big border..It is awesome. What an amazing job you did.

You've done a beautiful job. I think your idea of a black border with color in the corners is great - and the suggestions of variegated quilting in those jewel box colors sounds perfect, too.

Will you quilt it yourself? hand or machine? Please continue to post as you get further along.
