    That is part of the fabric called Coraline. Look at the border, the fabric comes in stripes like the border. I think there were 4-5 stripes per width of fabric. Then you make templates and fussy cut to get the effects in the quilt.

    Beautiful job. I know how interesting it is doing the corners with her fabric, but they turned out beautifully!!!!!! The quilting is beautiful too!!!!
