Default Judy Neimeyer Patterns

I love paperpiecing but Judys designs are challenging. I started with FIRE ISLAND HOSTA kit.The Prairie Star I picked my own colours and that was nerve wracking, but I am happy with both. I did machine quilting on my Janome Horizon.

Beautiful quilts. They look like they were rather difficult to make but worth the effort.

They are both fabulous quilts! It may have been a challenge but you certainly rose to it and did a fantastic job on both of these.

I have only made one JN and I have yet to quilt it (Agave Garden). I enjoyed it. I also picked out my own fabrics but I pretty much kept to the same color scheme as pictured on the pattern. I bought the Feathered Star wall hanging pattern that I hope to enlarge myself to bed size. Only a few months after I bought it did she come out with the bed size pattern. I really do love the fire island Hosta design too. All of her patterns are gorgeous.

Both quilts are just beautiful. You mastered paperpiecing to a tee. Thanks so much for sharing. Mary

WOW, you got both of yours done. I have two and still struggling with finding the right fabric. Charity quilts always seems to cut in line first so there is little time left for my personal quilts.

Beautiful, I love Judy Niemeyer quilts too. Have you been to Cozy Quilts in Port Hope? Shahena is a certified instructor. I am taking another class with her to make the Glacier Star quilt- can't wait until April!! I have taken the classes for the Mariner's Compass quilt. It was my first and so much fun.
