Here's one I did in December. Same pattern. This one's baby was born yesterday!

Did this one last year. It has bee fabric.

i'm with you, barnbum. i think i'd leave it as is, too, but bind it in the same red. i love the way it reveals several different designs as your eye wanders around in it. :P

bj--that's the one I have that inspired me to make this! Why did I think Tiffany did it?? :?: Thanks bj for your inspiration. :D

How did you happen to think of switching the middle square?

I spent an hour turning pieces once they were ready--but ended up going back to the original. :roll:

I made one a couple of years ago and made the center star a solid block and had the baby's name embroidered in the center. Don't have a picture of it, but it was really cute. I did it in purple, orange, and a confetti print. Sounds awful, but it really worked well together.

They are so so so nice...I love them all....The horses are probablly very proud of you too (just as we are....I am sure they are warm and cozy with all the quilts around them....

IMHO, it does need a little more. You could do a "rail" border with a strip of the green, then another strip of the red. Or maybe use the tan, then bind with the green. I do like the colors.
