No I haven't tried the biofreeze yet, but I will, thanks. I've soaked my hands in hot water for about 5 to 10 minutes and that relaxes them for awhile. I have carpal tunnel in both hands from pounding on a computer for 30 years. My fingers are always numb when I sew, so I know I will have to do something in the near future.

I tend to have more than one project on the go at a time so I am not putting long time pressure on one area. Last year had a bone removed from wrist due to pain it has been a very successful op. How did you do these are you going to do a tute to show. Please please please

It will be gorgeous, love the colors and fabric. Love those flowers. For your hands just spread your hands and fingers out and wiggle your fingers. Should help keep fingers limber. Squeezing a soft ball my hlep also. Hard to quit when you just want to keep going.
