DNP is a Disappearing Nine Patch. I had charm packs so I sewed 3 rows of three together making sure the center squares were black in each nine patch. Then you cut them in half both ways so you end up with 4 sections. Mix them up and lay them out and sew. There are several variations of this pattern.
