This is so very special, what a nice thing to do for your niece. And such a good job you did. Super.

Oh my gosh--these are two very fun, VERY fun quilts. How lucky the receivers are to have you in their lives.

If you use that pattern, ask what color(s) the rig is. There may be some lines that he doesn't care for.

Or just start noticing that different truck lines use different colors - examples: England company trucks are red, Schneider was orange, Werner (I think) uses blue. A lot of owner operators buy whatever color tractor (the power unit that pulls the trailer) they want - or is available, if buying used.

I love the truck quilt!

The frog one is cute, too.

Great job & remember its like a hug from home on a lonely night.

I teamed drove with my husband for 12 years. That was where we LIVED six weeks at a time. A quilt makes it homey and warm when driving up north in the winter. Glad to be at home full time.

Very cute. I have worked for a trucking company for 15 years or so - so it is near my heart :)

Both of those are so cute. I love the big trucks and the way you personalized it. That baby quilt is so cute. Love them both. You did a great job. And thanks for sharing.

Love both quilts but the frogs are my favourite since I do a lot of kids quilts. Does the frog quilt have a name or is it your own design. Great job on both. Love the colours.
