A lovely gesture! I am the equivalent of your Vice Principals (I think!) and I always tell parents the same thing - less experience does not mean they will not be as good a teacher as very experienced ones. In many cases it can be the opposite. Newly qualified teachers have energy, enthusiasm and are determined to succeed. They are also very well supported and monitored by experienced members of the team!
