I bought this pattern awhile back and just can't figure out my color scheme! I want to do something different, like a multicolor batik for the background or something like that.....

If you already have the pattern and fabric, you should go ahead with it. It is mostly all 5 1/2" squares. As I mentioned earlier, if you follow the DIRECTION of MARKING your HST piles, you will have NO problem putting it together. It didn't take me long to put it together at all.
