Default Labyrinth Walk - Finished my first 3D square

I have been making quilt tops for about 2 years now and I decided to be a little more adventurous and try to make my son the Labyrinth Walk quilt from quilt magazine. My first attempt did work out so well but this weekend I managed to get a block that I think is a keeper! This is gonna take a Long Time...... I am going to make it 3X4 so it will fit a Queen size bed.

For those interested you can order the pattern from the Quilt Magazine archives - April/May 2012. there are also some corrections here - http://www.quiltmag.com/resources/la...rn-correction/

I agree! That is definitely a keeper. Can't wait to see the end result.

Wow...that is awesome. I have never seen this block and can hardly wait to see an entire quilt done with this block. I love your fabric choices - just beautiful.

You know, you have inspired me to make a maze quilt. It will have to be 3D and there is a start and a finish, so one can trace their finger all over the quilt. I'm putting it on my bucket list now, and will start the drawings after I finish my current quilt!
