This is in reference to the Farmers Wife Sampler Blocks for the block of the week do along.

Hey, I just stumbled across a possibility as to why some of these blocks may be coming out a touch big for some. Up until the last four I did (I have been trying to catch mine up) mine had been coming out almost precise. Now the last four are about 1/4" too big, I wondered why and got to thinking the only thing I have done differently was when I printed the "too big" ones I printed them off from a copy of the pattern I printed off earlier. So to see if that is what was happening I reprinted off one I just made but printed it directly from the companion cd and remade it. It turned out the precise size it was suppose to. Soooooo........ I thought maybe others may be having this same deal happen and not being abe to figure it out.
Hope my blunder helps someone else...

The bottom one is the first made printed from a copy the top is printed directly from the cd

There's an option in the print menu that says something like "stretch to fit page" or something like that. You don't want to stretch it so make sure that box isn't checked. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I will check that. I printed directly(or copied) from the printer and usually never have to set anythng just push copy and black/white. But will get out my book and check into this to see how to set copy to do the same.(actually I thought it was all set at the same time) For general printing from cd's, computer and ect it is already set to "none" so there isn't any distortion.
