Just LOVELY, I'm sure she will enjoy it and think of you each time she uses it. Please cherish each day you still have her with you and can make her a lovely gift.
I wish I still had my mother with me to do the same but she has been gone over 24 years now, and I still miss her so- we were mother, daughter and best friends- I was not quilting when she passed away. I did get to make one for my dad before he passed away though. Dad has been gone since March 28, 2004 - yesterday 3-11-15 would have been their 74th wedding anniversary.
