Thank you everyone for your kind words and ideas on quilting.

Jacquemoe,.... I had to laugh when you said"a clothesline" haven't seen one of them in years. I have to have one, just love the smell of fresh dried sheets and towels. Hubby wanted to take them down, but I won't let him.

Beautiful! I would definitely stitch in the ditch so not to take away from the pattern and then do a free motion or stencil of some kind on the borders.

Oh my how nice....I think I would quilt a quarter inch in on all the blocks..not something to busy but busy enough...good luck on picking a design..always a hard part...let us see it when it is done... :-)

WOw I just love the colors and all beautiful job. My first thought was stitch in the ditch and if you don't like that I think you can add more don't you think? 8)
