What size did you cut your 9 patches? I am thinking 2 1/2 inches. Did you just do a plain square in between the 9 patches and the braids? Thank you so much.

I found a pattern on Quilters Cache and it said to cut the strips 2 1/2 by 7 1/2. Than would I cut each strip down to 6 1/2?

Yes, I cut the strips 2 1/2 inches. I used the leftovers to make the nine patches. It is just a plain square set between them on the border. This was very simple to make!

Little Miss Fallon is so cute next to the perfect bright quilt you made for her. That look on her face has to be the best reward for giving a gift. Oh . . very nice quilts too.

How big did you cut your plain square on the border? You can tell I am fairly new; I love your quilt!
