Please have patience with me. I tried once and I don't think it went through. I will try again.
These are wedding cake pincushions I made for a bridal shower. I made 40 of them. Thanks for looking.

Whoooh! I just learned how to post one picture. Not ready for a tutorial yet.
I will explain though. Used the cardboard tubes that fabric came on(about 3 in. in diameter) and with a saw, cut them about 3in. long. Then covered them with satin. Glued a cardboard circle that was also covered with satin to the bottom. Stuffed the tube with batting and then glued a satin circle over the top, pushing the edges into the tube. The rest was just patiently hot gluing pearls and lace on to decorate it with. Bought some little doves and a gold ring and glued that on the top. The little piece of paper says "Jen and Mike Sew right for each other and then the date."
