Click Reply or Quote Reply, do NOT click Quick Reply.
You will get a window that says Reply to: and the topic.
Below the window where you type your message, there is a section that says File attachments.
Click Browse to attach your photo. You can attach 3 to your original reply, then you can add more one at a time. Do NOT click Preview as you will lose your picture.
