scrap quilter, thanks for the compliment. this pattern is from eleanor burns book. it is the first pattern i made when i started taking quilting lessons. thanks for looking.

Those stars really twinkle in that quilt. They look like they're made from some kind of shiny material. Fabulous. Another impressed looker :) :)

any new quilter who gets discouraged should peruse this board and you will realize we all tend to make silly, dumb, thoughtless, and boneheaded mistakes from time to time. (and not just in quilting ) don't give up. just un-sew and plunge ahead.
Wise words indeed. I am glad I read about yall ripping out seams before I had to. Sat there thinking I am now a true quilter LOL OK wishful thinking on my part LOL

I love the colors and it looks like the night sky BEAUTIFUL
