Hello! I can't believe I haven't visited since December! Well, things got bad...I lost my job due to the economy, got mono and now I'm in a temporary job. Quilting and sewing have been VERY therapeutic for me.

Here's what I've been doing! :)

Maxine quilt for a nonprofit

welcome, I live about 1 hour north of Indianapolis, Indiana in the country

Have you been to the quilt store in Noblesville on State Road 32 behind McDonald's awesome store.

Also Kokomo just got a new quilt shop

I like your OBW very much...awesome colors. Good luck with the job hunt. My DH is working at less than half he was before, and my job with the County is in danger of having a salary cut. So, I will pray for your job hunt.

I am so sorry for your job situation and your medical problems. Hopefully, Maxine did brighten your day some. I know whomever receives this quilt will have a brighter day. It is wonderful that you have used your extra time to make someone else's day a little happier.

God Bless. there are so many in your shoes, but that is little comfort when You are paying the bills, etc. Keep up the beautiful work and let us know how things are working out for you.
