Candace that is one BAD cat fabric...I know that I wouldn't use that, even for something that would need to be cut up small.

Absolutely this is wrong on so many levels. And, not only wrong but probably the most tacky fabric I've ever seen. You couldn't give this awful yardage to me.

Default Okay, most of us find the "dead" cat fabric repulsive...

but how about all the dark skulls and crossbones, heavy metal music inspired t-shirts that our young kids wear every day! And the pervasive foul language that fills their conversations everywhere! and the tattoos and piercings that even those who are old enough and should know better are sporting!

There are thousands of "Goth" dead looking dolls on the market now.. Somebody must be buying them! There is an element of evil in so much stuff nowadays.. And if we parents and grandparents encourage this fascination, aren't we condoning it?

And why are some of the most popular television shows built around forensics and morgues and dead people? I told my husband that I just couldn't take any more of those.. have retreated to old movies and shows that are at least a tad more conservative and upbeat..

I say let's take our values to heart, and make our environment more gentle and loving... and toss out the hate that seems to be winning the battle for our world..

What do YOU think?

I think it's kind of cute. I bought some mermaid fabric where the mermaids were kitties instead of people - very interesting. Juvenile sure, but interesting.
