I showed your thread to DH to convince him that TWO FWs are much better then just one, but he didn't go for it. So I guess I'll just have to be happy with just one. Congrats! Enjoy your new toys. :-)

Congrats to you! Gorgeous! I just got my 1st two today, 2nd one by serendipity. Like the tray in your lid. I have a lot of learning to do about these. Attachments are intimidating! Crazy complicated.

Love your twins, haha! I grew up sewing on my mother's FW; my older sister inherited her machine(but I inherited her fabric stash, plus her mother's fabric stash). A couple of years ago, I was able to obtain a FW here locally, a sister machine to my mother's machine! I feel so blessed! Next, I planning to obtain a treadle machine from the same source. One can never have too many machines,IMO!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I both are so glad that those who purchased our FW's are so happy with them. He just started collecting/repairing sewing machines this past summer after surgery when he couldn't work outside. He really likes working on them. He already has several more FW's that he's working on and will sell when finished. All of your complimentary responses to the the FW's have really made him happy. Thanks. - Cynthia
