The quilt center is a 8 blocks x 8 blocks. Plus two borders that together equal the size of a block, making it a 10 x 10 layout. Ten inch blocks ought to do it. Then a 2 inch finished border and an 8 inch finished border. That would get you a 100x100 quilt.

Carpenter's Wheel is the name of the quilt. It's all squares and HSTs.
