If you want to do appliques, you can Google "lady slipper coloring page", and use the image outline as a template.

You might check Frieda Andersons patterns,she may have one. Also Glenna's Quilts and Stuff out of Escanaba Michigan might also have one.

Try looking for patterns for state flowers, since the showy lady's slipper is the state flower of Minnesota.

I would enlarge your photo, put a piece of clear plastic over it and with a very fine sharpie draw the lines and changes in color. Do as much or as little detail as you want to stitch. Cover the plastic with white paper and enlarge to the final size that you want. There is your pattern!

You could print the photo onto fabric and make that as part of your quilt. Maybe someone already said that...I didn't read all the posts.
