Thanks everyone.

BC I just looked at the pic to assemble it, made a wild guess. I did use the templates tho to cut it out. It was fun to make. now to figure out what to do with more of them. :lol:

That is great! I love the red and the lace.

It is surprisingly easy, isn't it? Just a few pieces. Takes more time to do the embellishments, and decide on them, than it does to sew the block together. :-)

I really have to admire the quilters who have the gift of embellishing. I do imagine it would take a great deal of time, and you are to be commended for doing that kind of detail work. Not my cup of tea, though I admire it greatly. It just seems more creative than I was endowed with.
