Loretta commanded that I had to share my other passion with you all here on the board.

This is a piece called St. Georges, by Long Dog Samplers. It was stitched 1 thread over 2 on 28 ct. hand dyed Jobelan fabric. Thread is called Country Road and it is from Victoria Clayton silks.

St. Sylvestre - Long Dog Samplers, also with Vikki Clayton silks, on 32 ct. black jobelan. About 1/4 way done.

Rosemarkie, also Long Dog, also Vikki Clayton, on 28 ct. Waterlily. I'm about 1/2 through this one now.

The Hunt Sampler - Vikki's silks again

Dawson's Sampler... Vikki again... with her silk chenille for the grass and my fuzzy sheep. This is for my nephew.

I have more kicking around somewhere. Thanks for looking everyone.

They are beautiful and I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite. Do you do all your works in cross stitch or other types too? My sister is looking for projects that require all those stitches Shay Pendray teaches on her show- not just samplers, and of course, it a subject she likes. She's been trying on google and doesn't seem to find any!

Dawson's had some specialty stitches in it. I don't care for them myself, as they can be a royal pain in the rumporoni.
