I just finished this wallhanging for my dining room. I used Sharon Schamber's piecelique technique to piece the circles.

I machine quilted it using variegated thread.

Well, I don't know if I'd go so far as to say it was easy, but it wasn't particularly difficult either, especially using that technique. It was made almost entirely from my stash so after pawing through all my batiks I had quite a mess to put away.
