    Maya's Birthday Quilt

This is only my second quilt that I have made. I made it for my granddaughter's 9th birthday. She loves horses.

How very lovely! I love the pattern and how you incorporated the pictures into it.

that turned out super nice. Do you mind sharing where you got the horse (embroiderdery?) designs from. and what type of paper did you use for the photos?

I need to look in my files for the horse embroidery. I will get back to you. The pictures were done on fabric and printed on a color printer.

Beautiful quilt. I am a horse lover, too. Wish I had an embroidery machine. Maybe some day.

What a great quilt! That is just perfect for a 9 year old that loves horses. The pattern is wonderful, as is your use of fabric. It is hard to believe it is only your second quilt. Way to go, she is going to love it!
