Default Meadow... A Moda All Stars Pattern

I've just finished this one and it's in the washing machine. Found the pattern entitled "Meadow" in Moda All-Stars Scraps Made Simple Book. The Fabric used was a Benartex jelly roll called Homestead Colonial with Kona Snow as the neutral. The backing was from Marshall Dry Goods ans is "Arabella" for Benartex...colors matched so well. The binding is a white with tiny pink stripe, although not sure if you can see it in the pictures. I love this quilt because it reminds me of a story my mother told me about a dress her father bought her when she was little (in the 1930's).....pinks and greens. I'll add it to my collection. I think I'm going to have to ask or a cabinet to display all of my quilts for mothers day!!
Thank you for looking at my latest quilt.

That is really really pretty! It reminds me of a lovely flower garden. Thanks for adding all the info about the pattern and fabrics. I'll be it would look good in Christmas fabrics too.

That is a beautiful quilt. I'm not familiar with that block either. I love that it looks circular. Your colorway is just perfect!

That is definitely a keeper. I like how the pattern and fabric seem to just be made for each other. The backing is gorgeous. Yep, you'll need something to display those quilts and who can say no to mother. .
