What a wonderful memory quilt! The Elizabeth Hartmann patterns are so neat. You created a lovely keepsake, and I'm sure it will be treasured.

Like others, I can only imagine the heartache in losing a child. How great that his wife and son were able to part with some clothing items to be used in a tactile way to bring back fond memories and loving hugs from not only Dad, but grandma too. The happy pattern is an heirloom and will be treasured forever.
