Default Memory Quilt from 4 fabrics - Opinions please

The mother of a good friend passed away last month and I told her I would like to make a memory quilt from some of her mother's clothes, if she would like one. She said she would love it and brought me 2 blouses, 2 gowns and 1 robe. They are cotton, but one is peach-blue-green pastels, one garment is a pink flower on blue, the third is light blue with dark blue flowers, and 1 gown and the robe is black with large pink roses. I was rather stunned when I saw the assortment. I think there is plenty of yardage to make a throw, but I couldn't figure out how to use the colors. While surfing the web I saw a photo of a quilt and I have adapted it. I like it, hope she will, too. Do you have any suggestions? I photocopied the fabrics and taped this sample together. I am planning on making it about 5' x 6' in size.

I agree. I think the pattern is perfect and she will cherish your quilt. You are a very thoughtful friend.

    I love it and think it is perfect for such a unique combo she gave you!<style id="_clearly_component__css" type="text/css">#next_pages_container { width: 5px; hight: 5px; position: absolute; top: -100px; left: -100px; z-index: 2147483647 !important; } </style>
