Default A Memory Quilt for a Beloved Pet

I made this memory quilt for my dear friend, whom I call a sister, and her husband after they lost thier beloved pet dog of 9 years to cancer this last July. I thought it would help with their grief, which has be very hard.
I hope the pictures shows good. One picture is on the back of their sofa, which is now the home of their quilt.
I made this quilt 70" X 70". The pattern is called "Around the Square" which was in the Quilters World Magazine several years ago, but not as a memory quilt and not this size.
Thanks for looking

A great way to memoralize a pet--they will love it. A great pattern and the fabric color goes well together

What a wonderful person you are to do this for them. Ours are reaching the end of their lives (sisters) in the not too distant future and it breaks my heart thinking about that. Your quilt will make the grief process a little easier for them. Bless you!
