There is nothing harder then to survive the loss of a child. You never expect them to crossover first. Your son gave a gift of life to someone. His life will continue in a small way because of this gift. You have created a wonderful memorial to your son. You have honored him in thought and deed. What a unique quilt. I am so sorry for your loss.

Monique you are amazing, the quilt is wonderful and I sure admire your ability to find the sweet in the bitter. I can see you have an angel with you.

I am so sorry for your loss. I'm sure your granddaughter will love the quilt. It will be a warm hug from her dad and Grandma.

You made a beautiful quilt for your son's daughter to enjoy and continue to feel the love of her daddy. I admire your ability to mix his uniforms with her t-shirts to make a beautiful quilt. And the bonus of the bandana is very special. We are not supposed to outlive our children and I am sorry for your loss. I think the donated squares will be beautiful also.
