Well this is what I spent my evening doing!!! This is the first time I have had a chance to touch my sewing machine in over a month. I think it came out alright.

That is so cute, love the raggedy edges, neat touch. I bet you were pleased to visit your sewing machine again :P

Trick or Treat :D That is an awesome bag, what child would not want to take that bag trick or treating??? Good job and I am glad you found your way back to your sewing machine, too!

the little oneshave not been very coperative lately so I couldn't get any time to sew or quilt. Now that school has started and both kids are going, I may be able to get to some of my projects that I want to do

That is very nice.
I plan on making trick-or-treat bags for my little ones, too.

This will make the 3rd year our DD has wanted to be the same thing and wear the same Cinderella dress. It was one of the $25 or $30 dollar ones that lights up!! DH griped about paying that much for it at the time bc he thought she'd only wear it once. HA! It actually saved him money! She's worn it for "dress up" and to a few Halloween parties. This will be the 3rd trick-or-treating trip! THe only problem is that it ISN'T washable with the lights!! Hello Tide-To-Go pen!

The baby will be wearing his Cookie Monster suit again this year. We bought it big, and he still loves it!

I don't know how many more years this will go on, but I'm totally amazed BUT THRILLED! Less aggravation and saving money! LOL!

I have decided to make the fabric bags bc the plastic ones just don't hold up well on a good night of candy-grabbing. The pumpkins are bulky...the fabric ones are WASHABLE! and will be used again and again. (seems to be catching on).

Cassandra,
Did you make the sides and bottom out of squares or just one solid piece? How big is your bag? :D
