I used a pattern from a book, Quilt-Lovers Favorites volume 2 from Better Homes and Gardens. They call it an Anniversary Quilt. I just used photo transfer paper for the pictures.

Beautiful - I've been wanting to do a memory quilt and haven't taken on the challenge yet - but I think that these are wonderful keepsakes.....inspirational!!!
