    These three quilts made by my MIL 40 years ago. White one binding is worn through but quilting good. Brown one seldom used good condition. Red one the quilting has all broken. All three done by same LA person. I have two others that the quilting totally came out done by same person. The white one is the oldest and has had the most wear.

    All are nice, but I especially like the white one.
    Wonderful to have old quilts made by those we love.

    Me too. Surprised me to see the pieces are machine appliqued with a tight zig zag stitch. I'm going to put on new binding to save the edges.

    She and her friend sat together at least once a week a quilted.
