Love your scrappy mini-quilt! Oh that I had the patience. How about putting something on the back of the quilt top to secure its shape and frame it? I love the foam boards so there is a little 'puff' to it. Remember to have a plaque engraved with your name and date to attach to the frame. Well done and an inspiration for us to use our scrapes. Thanks.

I can't believe what a great job you did with such small pieces, I doing a quilt (saw it on this site) with 1" finished size and my blocks are all over the place, great placement too!

Wow, that is sooooo wonderful! (I've also done some dumpster diving for scraps, though in my case, it was scraps of tile for mosaics.)

Amazing! I'm just starting to gather 1 1/2" squares for a postage stamp quilt and it intimidates me - and here you've done one that's much smaller!

It's really lovely, thank you for sharing.

It is amazingly awesome! I would quilt on the ditch around the design. I am collecting fabric to do one with 40 shades of green. Seeing yours, I know it can be done! Thank you for sharing.

What were you thinking! you'll never get through the scrap bag doing this!
This little gem is amazing. I love it to pieces.

    peace

EDIT: Did any body notice in the third picture that there are two pieces of fabric that combined make an impression of a face! how cool is that!

WOW! I love scrappy quilts, and I have made my share with 1.5", finish at 1 - you have challenged me to try something smaller. Your quilt is BEAUTIFUL!

I went to a quilt show this spring where the featured quilter had done some miniatures - I am going to have to go look at the pictures I took to see how small she went and how she finished them.
