Rhonda--the smallest width I keep is also 3/4" :!: The miniature part gets addicting, doesn't it? Right now piecing 1" squares into 9 patches--so many ways to set them in a mini quilt. I've used a computer for over 20 years, I should be able to figure out how to take a digital photo, download it etc to share--will work on that instead of piecing!

Rhonda, everything you do is so Dinky, I love them all. As for getting your TV in that 6 inch pie safe, that is incredible. Did you mean its 6 feet high? Either that, or your TV is miniature too.

You need to try my Boston Blocks and Star Point blocks. You can cut them 1" if you want and get a whole lot of design in that little size. I use them to make keychains and 2 1/2" quilt blocks.

You can see these two blocks on my free web site if you haven't seen the book. The Star Point is coming out hopefully soon.

here is my site http://www.bitsnpiecesworkshop.com

I look forward to seeing your work! Hope you get some pics up soon!

If you want to try them I can send you a 1" acrylic template if you want to try it in that size. I also offer a 1 1/2" and a 1 1/4" acrylic template if you want them. And a Dresden Kaleidoscope template.

Rhonda-Thanks for the offer, I think I can make my own templates. I took time and checked out your website. Your instructions are clear and have provided me with a lot of inspiration. Today machine quilted on a small quilt with 3 bear paws set on point-claws are 1/2 inch finished. This and four other similar minis will be given to my grandkids school fund raiser this fall. I plan on making a few bookmarks too. Again thanks!

Ok, I just found this post for the first time. What a great idea. I have two sets of barristers that have glass on the door and I keep my computer JUNK in them. I was going to cover them with some kind of plastic. But I love this idea so much better. Once again, you have added a couple more years of mini quilting for me. I hope I live long enough to get everything I want to do, done.
